In Years 10 and 11 pupils are supported in their transition from MCMA to further education, apprenticeship or employment with training through a series of events and activities.

These include:

Careers Fairs offer learners the opportunity to engage with employers, along with further and higher education institutions
Work Experience offers learners the opportunity to engage with the world of work.
One-to-one careers guidance is central to successful transitions and this is supported by the development of employability skills.
Pupils are taught the elements of successful job search ranging from writing high quality CVs and application forms to performing well in interviews.
